Building Review / Lot Split

The Logan County Health District reviews, Building Review and Lot Split applications for all properties with private wells and/or sewage treatment systems.

A Building Review Application should be submitted anytime a new structure (house, garage, solar panels, barn, etc.) is being built to ensure proper isolation distances from the well and septic.

A Lot Split Application should be submitted anytime an existing lot is being split into multiple lots or when a subdivision is being proposed.
