    The Logan County Health District has COVID-19 vaccinations available for all eligible age groups (including first doses and any additional or booster doses). Those under age 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the time of COVID-19 vaccination. Parents and participants are recommended to bring their Driver’s License or Photo ID and insurance card (if available).

    Individuals who are homebound may call (937) 592-9040 to arrange in-home vaccinations.

  • The Logan County Health District does not provide treatments for COVID-19. LCHD only distributes free, at-home testing kits and administers COVID-19 vaccinations. For information on COVID-19 treatments, please contact your primary care provider, or visit the Ohio Department of Health’s website HERE.
